BIDDER REGISTRATION:
All prospective bidders will be required to register Prior to Bidding at the Auction. To register at the auction a Photo ID Issued by a Government Agency ( Driver’s License, Passport, Etc. ) is Required. All Bidders are encouraged to arrive at the auction 30 minutes early for sufficient time to register and ask any last minute questions. See You At The Auction!
BROKER PARTICIPATION PROGRAM:
Broker Must Register Client 24 Hours prior to the Auction.
A 2% percent Referral Fee based on the winning bid shall be paid at close of escrow.
A Participating Broker Agreement must be signed 24 hours prior to registering a client at the auction.
To qualify for a Referral Fee the Participating Broker must adhere to all Terms and Conditions of the Auction.
A Broker/ Agent may not serve as principal or be a relative of the bidder with respect to the property.
The Broker Co-op Agreement must be signed and approved by the Auctioneer 24 Hours prior to bidding at the Auction.
