All bidders must be registered before bidding at this auction.

Auction to be conducted at property address. 

BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
Up to two-percent (2%) commission plus 1% bonus (for pre-registered starting bid) will be paid to any licensed Buyer Broker whose registered bidder is the successful buyer according to the Broker Participation Guidelines. Broker Registration Forms are available from the Auction Information Office. Forms must be completed and turned in no later than 24 hours before the auction or in person on auction day.
BUYER’S PREMIUM
A ten-percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total sale price.   

TERMS 
A non-refundable cashier or personal check will be  made payable to Noble Title in the amount of 10% of the final sale price, due immediately after being declared the winning bidder. Cash, As-Is Sale. The balance is due in cash at COE within 30 days. No contingency on financing, inspections, appraisal. Property selling “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties from the Auction company or seller. Any and all inspections must be done prior to Auction date.
